ABS Properties Ltd was established in 2012 and became incorporated on 26th March 2014. The company bought the Aadam Estates Sales and Lettings Agency, and ABS has been expanding ever since. ABS Properties Ltd is a successful estate agency based in Oldham, Greater Manchester with a solid client base landlords and thousands of investors including industrial and development investors enquiring for investment both in the UK and abroad. Sales and lettings have been the core of the company for 10 years and our property clientele is expanding into an increasingly saturated market in the UK.
We know how to retain a client base and we are experts on market value and investment return. The sector has more recently inclined the company towards investment opportunities. ABS property manages properties both commercial and residential and tenancies for landlords nationwide and our aim is to grow this to 250 by the year 2025. ABS Properties also provide a property repairs and maintenance service to those landlords who need the support and are not from the local area.

ABS has a reputation for making quick property sales as we already have a pool of clients ready to invest. We have built trust and confidence with our clients by receiving potential buyers and ultimately selling their properties faster than expectations.

ABS Properties have team members trained to carry out effective valuation reports which are required by the Home Office in the UK. This usually pertains to visa entry accommodation requirements being met for applicants.

Our clients have expressed their interest for investing in construction development in countries such as Italy, Spain, Morocco, Pakistan and the UAE.
