Making your property look presentable for photos can be a frustrating process. However with these Home Staging steps we can assure (if followed correctly) that the process will be swift and easy.
PREPARING THE EXTERIOR
- Move all vehicles from the driveway or from the front of the property to avoid anything obstructing the photographers view.

- Store TV remotes, magazines, kids toys etc out of sight.
- Turn the TV off.
- Close all of the cupboards.
- Make the beds thoroughly.
- Plump up any cushions.
- Remove any clutter from under the beds.
PREPARING THE KITCHEN
- Clear the worktops and empty the sink.
- Hide any towels, cutlery, utensils and oven gloves.
- Move any bins, pet bowls and/or pet bedding out of sight.
- Close all of the cupboards.

PREPARING THE BATHROOM

- Make sure that any toilet rolls and brushes are looking presentable.
HOME STAGING AT FESTIVE OCCASIONS & BIRTHDAYS
To avoid time specific photos, please make sure that any seasonal decorations are kept down for the photo shoot. If we do capture decorations in photos, unfortunately we will not be able to remove them in post-production.
WHAT IF THE PROPERTY IS EMPTY?
Unfurnished or empty properties require the same home staging treatment as furnished or occupied homes. Please make sure that the property is clean, tidy and clutter free to achieve the best results.
FOR OUR 360° CONTENT CUSTOMERS
If we are capturing any 360° content for your property there will be nowhere to ‘hide’ any clutter out of shot. Please make sure to use the most of your storage space and follow the steps above.
YOUR PERSONAL DATA
All personal data must be removed from sight prior to our visit to avoid any of that data being captured or displayed in our visual content. Personal data includes (but is not limited to) things like photographs of friends and family, certificates, bills and letters. We cannot be held responsible for sharing personal data that you do not remove.
WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?
On the day of the photo shoot, the photographer and/or their team may conduct some small additional home staging. The responsibility for making the property look presentable for sale relies with the occupant and not the photographer and/or their team, although we will support with the process if required.
