We are very pleased that effective soon we will be providing a new service for our new and existing Landlords called Smart Inventory.
Smart Inventory will be able to offer the following features:
- TRANSPARENT INSPECTIONS ON PROPERTIES.
- ONLINE ‘CHECK-IN’ INVENTORIES.
- PICTURES OF DAMAGES.
- ITEMISED INVENTORY LIST.
- THOROUGH CONDITION ANALYSIS OF EACH ITEM.
- ACTIVE DISPUTE AND RESOLUTION FEATURES.
- TENANT APPROVAL PROCESS TO COMPLETION.
With this new service our Landlords will have a quick and easy way of getting their property inventories and will have a thorough breakdown on updates of their properties. This service will be available for any of our new and existing Landlords.
